Head of Operations on a multi-million-dollar statewide campaign, building the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that keep a fast-moving political operation running efficiently. Oversees staffing, logistics, vendor management, event execution, and cross-functional coordination across the campaign.
Served as a Senior Advisor on LGBTQ+ affairs, human rights, and equity across historic Georgia campaigns for U.S. Senate, Governor, and Mayor, helping candidates translate values into strategy, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
Led coordination across campaign functions including communications, digital, political, finance, fundraising, scheduling, and field, helping teams stay aligned, accountable, and focused on execution.

With more than a decade of experience across federal, state, and local government, our founder understands how policy moves and what it takes to move it. That includes seven years inside Atlanta City Hall, where he advised two mayors, authored and advanced more than 20 pieces of legislation, and built the coalitions necessary to navigate complex political environments.

Secured unanimous support for a citywide ordinance requiring cultural humility training covering 9,000+ employees, contractors, and elected officials;
